• Account data: shop name, contact name, phone number, email address
• Technical data: machine fingerprint (for license binding), app version, last sync timestamp
• Summary data: daily revenue totals, stock counts, shift summaries — for the remote dashboard
• Usage data: AI credit usage (action type, credit count) — no prompt content stored

2. What We Never Collect

• Individual transaction details or receipts
• Employee PINs or personal employee data
• Home Account / personal finance data
• Customer names or personal details
• The content of AI prompts or responses

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data solely to:

• Operate and maintain the remote dashboard
• Manage your software license
• Send license and renewal notifications
• Provide customer support

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Data Storage

Your business data (transactions, inventory, employees) is stored exclusively on your machine. Server-side data is stored on servers hosted in the European Union with standard security practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 1 year. After account closure, all server-side data is deleted within 90 days.

6. AI Advisor

When you use the NORA AI Advisor, your prompts are forwarded to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter/OpenAI). We do not store the content of AI conversations. Credit usage (action type and count) is logged for billing purposes only.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account data
• Correct any inaccurate contact information
