Common questions

Does it work offline?
Yes — the POS runs fully offline. All sales, inventory updates, and data are stored locally on the machine. Sync happens automatically whenever internet is available. There is no minimum internet requirement for daily operations.
What happens when the license expires?
There is a grace period of up to 7 days after expiry where everything continues to work normally. After that, the system enters read-only mode. You can still view data but cannot process new sales until the license is renewed. Contact us to renew.
Can I use it on multiple computers?
Each license is tied to one machine (fingerprint-based). If you need to move to a new computer, submit a machine migration request through the client portal and we'll process it within 24 hours.
Do you support Arabic?
Yes. The staff-facing POS screen supports full Arabic interface. Product names, categories, and receipts can all be in Arabic. The admin and reporting screens are currently in English.
What does the NORA AI advisor cost?
NORA AI uses a credit system — you pay per use, not a fixed monthly fee. Each query type (morning briefing, order recommendation, manual question) costs a small number of credits. You can top up credits any time through your client portal.
Is my data secure?
Your transaction data stays on your machine. Only summary data (totals, counts) syncs to the server for the remote dashboard. No individual transaction details, employee PINs, or owner personal account data ever leave your premises.
